Ebay Problems, Non Delivery Of A Product

i paid for the item on monday 25th january, was promised delivery between 26-31 january.

didn´t pay by paypal, did try to pay by paypal, but paypal for some strange reason refuse to recognise my account, and after messing about doing what they asked and getting nowhere, i paid by debit card in the end.

Contact the seller via eBay to report the item has not been received, using the 'I didn't receive my item' button in My eBay.

Am I right in thinking you live in Spain? If so, what country is the seller in?

As long as you follow eBay rules it is very simple. Register a 'dispute' with eBay, by clicking on the 'Did not receive item' option on the sales listing for the item. Then just follow what eBay tell you.
All the eBay problems I have seen on AB are due to the buyer/seller not following the eBay rules.

i finally got through to ebay, it seems better to google them than use their address, eg ebay/delivery problems, anyway it turns out that my item was delivered at a strange time, 8.08am, to a friends office address, which doesnt normally open til around 09.45am, and the courier didn´t leave a note(because there wasn´t access, as the letterboxes are inside the doorway. so it looks like i´ve got to contact the courier.

Surely it's the seller's responsibility to sort out the courier.

crap isnt it? some gormless gpher leaves it at a different address and you have to sort it out with Mrs Mopp down the road and god knows who

even more frustrating, i by a stroke of luck found the exact details of the courier, and was advised to contact them, but after going back to my sellers page, it seems to have disappeared. i clearly remember reading the attempted delivery date, but now i cant find it!!!!

looks like i´ve got it kind of sorted, i found that page with the couriers address, its an address in madrid, not too far away. will have to check em out on monday, as theyre bound to be closed tomorrow.

why did they send it to a random office address? is that your registered eby adress?

sorry bednobs for the delayed reply, saturdays is usually my walk in the mountains day.
anyway it isn´t a random office address, its a c/o address, an accountant mate of mine, as my own address became too dodgy, things forever going missing.
