Dump some of the rubbish on there cupotee. Give system details and the techies will give you a programme to carry out. Windows? Which Version. What is the make and model. Who is your provider of net access. etc etc. What is 'slow'? Is it logging on or loading or even typing a message?
Much more info needed.
How old is your laptop?
How much RAM has it got?
What version of Windows is it running?
In what way is it slow - boot up, internet or something else?
I'd be very wary of defraggler, fender - you should not defrag SSD drives but that states it does. Modern versions of Windows defrags automatically in any case.
More information is required about the equipment that you are using.
Meanwhile, forget about Defrags. Such actions are unnecessary and will shorten the life of an SSD and is unlikely to noticeably improve the speed of an HDD.
