Kaspersky Safe Money Problem

I am having issues with Kaspersky Safe Money in Kaspersky Internet Security 2016. When on an online banking site for instance, it switches to Safe Money opening the site in a protected way. Well it should. Although I use Opera as my browser, a message pops up saying "Internet Explorer Security - A website wants to open web content using this programme on your computer. This programme will open outside of protected mode". It asks whether you want to Allow or Don't Allow. I clicked Don't Allow but the message just kept reappearing. I was puzzled by this message as I did not use IE as my browser. I have now switched IE11 off and tried again. Now Safe Money immediately shows a Run Error screen and error code 0x80010102. I installed Kaspersky a few months back and it has ran safe money ok until now

Kaspersky used to be frequently recommended on AB as the best 'paid for' security software. However there seem to have been loads of Kaspersky problems reported recently (particularly with it blocking access to AB!)

Thanks Buenchico, you have helped me yet again. I had assumed Kaspersky worked on any browser. I used to use Firefox but had problems and I switched to Opera (I think you recommended that browser). I have found Opera to be great - apart now from this issue. I'll simply have to use Firefox for my banking etc. I opted for Kaspersky over Norton a couple of years ago, again on the recommendations on AB, and on the whole have been happy. However, of late I have been denied access to AB but thought it was a problem at my end Clearly from what you have said, it is a problem with Kaspersky. Btw, you also recommended gmx over yahoo for email, and I have never looked back. I do still get a fair bit of spam but I guess this happens with all email accounts to some degree.
