How Do I 'downgrade' Back To Windows 7?
I've tried Windows 10, and I don't think of it. Maybe it would be ok on a brand new computer, but upgrading from a Windows 7 hasn't really worked.
I can't use Google Chrome anymore and have had to go back to Windows Explorer. YouTube can be difficult, too, plus a host of other problems

It's ok, I've did it. What I did was click on the 'Cortana' button on the bottom left of my screen. From what I remember, it gave me the option of disabling the Cortana feature, which I did. Then - if I remember correctly - the page with the 'recovery' button came up. This time I was able to highlight it, and it responded to my click. The rest was easy, I went according to the method recommended by Buenchico. Close call though. I thought I was going to have to have it professionally repaired
