Since changing to windows 10 I have been unable to send e-mails from outlook.com I am guessing that the problem lies with my smtp settings,problem is I can't find where they are located, Any ideas?

It might help if you told us which email client you are using. Of course, if you are accessing Outlook. com via the Web, then you won't be using SMTP.
