After having had Windows 10 foisted on me, I now find that when I click on a link to go to a web page, it does not open anything.
Also, Groupon notifications for example which come in on e.mail, when I click on a ' view' nothing happens ?

Click the 'Start' button and then on 'Default Programs'. Click on the web browser which you'd like your links to open in. (That will be either Edge or Internet Explorer if you've not installed an additional browser, such as Chrome or Firefox). Click on 'Set this program as default' and then on 'OK'.
