Sky Box Copy Function

When I was looking through my Sky planner today and pressed a button accidentally I noticed that an option called Copy became available if you press the green button.

Does anyone know what this means or how to make use of it?

It's just a way to queue up a load of recordings that playback back-to-back for you to archive onto digi/vhs/dvd/video capture card on pc.
With many boxsets / catchups reappearing regularly its pretty much redundant unless you are into something obscure.
