Sorry, but your question makes no sense at all unless you tell us whether you're using an email client (such as Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Windows Live Mail, etc) on a Windows PC, an email app on a mobile device or a web-based service (where you go to your email provider's website, via a web browser, to access your email account).
If you're using a web-based service it would also help to know which browser you're using (and possibly also who provides your email service, i.e. the bit after the @ symbol in your email address).
