Dvd Won't Play

I bought the DVD 'I Daniel Blake' and every time I load it into the DVD player it comes up with the message 'can't play back because of navigation error' Other DVDs work fine, on this player, so I know it's not the DVD player that's the problem. I have bought 3 versions of this DVD, 2 from Sainsburys which I have had the same message come up, I managed to get refunds on these, and the most recent version I got from Morrisons and it has the message coming up when I try to play it. Any help would be appreciated thanks

Have you tried it on a computer or another dvd player?

by any chance is it from US, as i found that they don't play on my dvd player.

Thanks no at least I'm not the only one. Its definately not from the US, and my laptop doesn't have a CD slot.

Perhaps you could get in touch with the film (dvd) manufacturer
