Annoying Dialogue Box/warning

I keep getting an annoying box appearing saying "This theme can't be applied to the desktop. Try clicking a different a different theme. " What is it and how do I stop it?? Thank you Chris

I'm guessing it's Windows 10.

If so, go to Start and click on the Settings icon. (It's a cog wheel).

Click on Accounts.

Click Sync Your Settings.

Change 'Theme' from 'On' to 'Off'.
