Printing Water/utility Bill
1 Answers
I need to print off a copy of my water or utility bill & I'm having a problem which is probably an easy solution to someone who knows. I get notified of my bill by email & then just click on a tab to pay. When I try to print it off from their site, it comes out as a small section on the top right side of the paper. How can I print it & make it bigger? Thanks in advance

Pressing Ctrl-P (or going to File > Print) often produces odd print-outs under those circumstances. What you need to do is look for a 'Print' button (which is often a printer icon, rather than the actual word 'Print') within the browser window itself. That should then produce a correct print-out.
Alternatively, from your email, don't open the pdf file directly. Instead save it to your hard drive. Then go to the file on your hard drive and double-click on it to open it in your default pdf viewing program (such as Adobe Reader, Foxit Reader, SumatraPDF or whatever else you've got on your computer). From there, Ctrl-P or File > Print should work correctly.
