I recently added the Spotify app to my Samsung smart tv and made up a playlist and all seemed fine.
I didn't use it for a couple of weeks and it asked me to log on, but my password didn't work
I went to the Spotify website and followed the link to reset my password and also noted the user name I had been allocated
I am using the free package
Every time I try to use the app on the TV I get a log in failure, whether I use my e-mail address or my user name, and I use the new password
Spotify tells me I have already used up a password change
Basically I can't use it
Any ideas please?
