Keep getting an error message when trying to use printer so cannot use it.  Maintainance call keeps being advised.  The ink jets are full - any ideas what's wrong?  Many thanks.

Could it be that you are using non Epson ink cartridges? I have an Epson Photo 810 and every time I use other than Epson carts I get all sorts of error messages and the ink level indicators don't show. They are very protectionist and no wonder, their own cartridges are well overpriced.

If you've had the printer for a while and use it a lot, the waste tank is probably full. Epson don't let you know that there is a possible fix (apart from taking the tank/sponge out). You could start here:-
