Go into outlook and find a "Save as" option (maybe right click on the document icon) and save it to your hard disk.
Because this is sent as an attachment some Outlook systems are setup to stop people opening attachments because a lot of viruses are sent as attachments.
You can override this within Outlook but for security reasons I would suggest you leave it set as it is.
