Emails From Myself

I am getting rubbish spam emails from my own email address. Is there any way that i can get rid of them. I can't block them as my own email address is used.
How can this be solved or am i stuck with it?

changing your password may help

Changing your password won't help, but there's no reason you can't block emails purporting to come from your own address unless you are in the habit of sending yourself emails.
