Unable To Identify Your Browser

I am being blocked from accessing a site because "As you were browsing http:// www.cru ise.co. uk something prevented us from identifying your browser. There are a few reasons this might happen:

Yes I am using Chrome Version 59.0.3071.115 (Official Build) (64-bit) but all info about Data Saver seems to imply there is a little circle icon at the top of my browser which there isn't!
Any ideas please!
