Blackberry Data Transferring

OH is getting a new Bb as his old one is not working properly. He has been told to give the old one to the courier in exchange for the new one.

How can he transfer data between the two, when he won't have both in his possession? I was looking at a Bb app, but you need both phones, and at Google Drive, but I'm not sure if you need both phones to do it with that.

Can anyone advise, please?

Can anyone help, please? I've tried using Blackberry Link to back up using my Windows 10 laptop, but it keeps refusing to connect for long enough to do it.

Is Google Drive a safe and easy way to do it?

Thank you, donny. I managed to get the comp and the Bb to talk to each other for long enough to do the job. Hopefully, anyway. I've still got to restore it all to the new one tomorrow. I hate Blackberrys.
