Yahoo Email Account

For no apparent reason I cannot access my email account no matter what route I try.

It steadfastly maintains that my password is incorrect, I usually stay permanently looked in and besides that I have a very limited range of passwords and none of them are being accepted.

The 'I've forgotten my password' help is baffling and I am making no progress.

Any suggestions?

Do you have another email address or tel number set up for recovering your password? If so you can click on "Difficulty Signing in" and follow the instructions.

Thanks. Because I had both Sky and Yahoo email accounts, but when the two effectively merged i could never move seamlessly from one to the other- presumably some cookies thought i was still in the other

I have had a lot of trouble logging into Yahoo e-mail but I discovered that when on the login page there is a large purple Yahoo word in the top left hand corner if I click that I get in easily.
