I have a Samsung smart tv in my bedroom and until now have used a freeview box to watch and record programmes via an hdmi cable.

Could I watch via my EE box in my lounge, using a WiFi power adaptor?

Any help as to set-up would be greatly appreciated.

Without knowing the EE box model no. and it's tech details it is hard to say whether it is possible using wifi and a dongle in the second room. But it would certainly be possible using an AV sender/receiver. Again not knowing how it is connected to your living room TV set make it difficult to give a definite answer. ie. if you are using an HDMI cable and the box only has one HDMI outlet then an HDMI sender is out. But you could use an AV sender using the AV out sockets on the box.
Here is an AV sender.

Thanks for your answer, Togo. I’d given up checking to see if I’d got an answer. Lol.

I’ve bought an August dvb415 Freebox Recorder. It limits my recording capability but I’ve got a usb stick coming so, we’ll see.

I might be back on here asking for help. :)

Thanks again.
