Motorola Moto G3 Camera

Strange problem with camera, when I touch camera icon it comes up with two? It will no longer take a picture but goes straighto video record? How do I get it back to normal? It used to work fine just on camera, i've not touched anything as far as i'm aware? very odd.

First thing to try would be removing the battery, or batteries, leaving for 10 mins and then reinserting.

Hi 4candles, If I remove battery will I lose all settings like email, facebook etc and have to reset everything?
