is anyone else having trouble with Yahoo mail? All the rest of the stuff on our desktop system is working, except Yahoo Mail... but Yahoo mail is working on our laptop and on the i.pad ..... can't send emails, can't delete emails, nor can we move emails to another folder - and also, it's as if it's wipe all the emails from further than one week ago .... any ideas folks? Does anyone know if there's a problem at the Yahoo end? We've tried all the usual stuff like logging off and logging back on again - still the same? Cheers, Chox.

Your web browser (Internet Explorer, Edge, Firefox, Chrome or whatever) retains certain data every time you visit a website in its 'cache'. After a while the cache can get 'clogged up'. The usual symptoms are when a frequently used website stops responding normally. That most commonly occurs with video streaming websites (e.g. Youtube or Netflix) and with webmail sites (such as Yahoo or Gmail).
It's therefore a good idea to empty your browser's cache every so often (and certainly when you find a particular website isn't responding normally). The instructions for clearing a browser's cache are different for each browser but the link I've provided covers all of the main ones. (If you're still stuck though, please tell me which web browser you're using).

Hi, chox here again .... just tried deleting the browser's cache, but didn't make a ha'porth of difference. Still can't do anything on Yahoo Mail .... everything else (including the rest of the Yahoo stuff) is fine and working well. Will try deleting the Chrome icon and see what happens after that! Cheers, Chox.
