trojan horse help!!!

Hi can someone tell me if these Downloaders are safe to delete. I just haven't a clue?........they showed up when scanning my computer for virus's. This is exactly what it says:

nem220(1)dll Trojan Horse Downloader.Dyfica.2.BA

install(1).exe Trojan Horse Downloader.Dyfica.2.AX

I'm scanning with the Gris

VIRUS has stored itself as CPY files in _restore

Aligining decimal currency amounts in Microsoft Word tables

id delete those if i were you and make sure you have auto protect on of some kind and a good firewall like zonealarm and all the required updates from microsoft for your computer assuming you have windows.

yea, those are not good. trojan horse stuff, take them off. bad things.
