What I really want to know though is how anyone could possibly bring themselves to stir and drink that Thai cup of coffee. It's far too beautiful to destroy!
Only five cups? That's just for breakfast, surely?
Back in my student days we used to deliberately target ourselves to drink 30 mugs of coffee per day, with three heaped teaspoons of Nescafé in each one. That's probably why I've still not got a regular sleep pattern now!
When I was teaching I could get through several packets of Pro Plus in a day.
These days I start to feel 'drunk' if I drink too much coffee. (That's probably a good thing as it means that I drink far less of it, often preferring tea, which is better for my blood pressure).
Although not averse to the odd cup of coffee I drink very little of it, perhaps one cup a fortnight. I have a half-full jar of coffee which I've had for the past two years. I'm very much a tea man, the stronger the better.
Yes, Anne,I like the way that the BBC's picture editor isn't too rigid when deciding whether or not a picture fits the theme. Even though that picture was simply taken from a coffee shop (rather than actually having anything to do with coffee) it's been deemed good enough to be exhibited on their website anyway.
I reckon I can take a decent picture when I really try but far too often I simply find myself looking at someone else's photos and thinking "Why can't I take pictures like that?"
Coffee is vile stuff.
The singular reason why ’Revels’ is an also ran in confectionary sales rather than a market leader. Everyone hates the coffee Revel.
