Replies From Ab - Not!

Ed, I recently sent two emails to AB and received auto replies on both occasions advising that "we will be back in touch shortly". I am still waiting for the replies, but I suppose it depends on the definition of "shortly".
Thanks.
Thanks.

Although I have replied to your initial emails, the email address from which you sent your enquiry was not the email address associated to your AnswerBank account. I have responded to the address which was associated to your account. Due to data protection, we are unable to discuss accounts with unregistered email addresses.
To find out which email address is associated to your AnswerBank account click "view your profile" at the top right of The AnswerBank, then click on "Edit My Profile".

Thanks Ed. I have never used that email address. As it's an NTL one, it shows how long ago I signed up to this site, just after signing up with NTL, but then loads of problems with their email system meant I changed to Yahoo. However, I have tried changing my email address in my profile, but when I enter my password for this site, the reply says I have entered the wrong password. Baffling. Can you help please?
It seems that a few members have had this issue, 10ClarionSt.
