if you have a computer at home, not a fancy one, it doesnt have internet but does have word and all that and some games, can you use it to put songs from CDs onto an MP3 player or iPOD? or do you need internet connection or special software or cables? ive got video clips on my computer so it must have some sort of media thing on it. also what is the difference between MP3 and iPODs? i would like to get an mp3 player so i dont have to cart my cds around but i really dont know anything about all this and so if anyone could help me out i would really appreciate it.
thanks in advance

iPods use software called iTunes to manage the iPod (putting songs onto it, etc.). this comes with your iPod.
but there are many other mp3 playing devices out there, a lot cheaper than the iPods, but in my opinion none as good-looking or easy to use.
