On my motoe5 there is a'moto help' app which is just a manual. Today when I clicked on the site it was just pages and pages of tiny data. I looked at it with a glass and it all looks like gobbledygook! What has happened?

Wasn't it like this before ? Perhaps there is website corruption, or maybe bad comms corrupting sent data.
