Cannot Print E-Mails From Live Mail

When I try to print emails from Win 10 email application the printer details appear then quickly disappear and no printing occurs. So I try saving but only saves as an e-mail file in office outlook which which will not open as a recognised data file. is there a fix for this or a way to navigate around

Copy and paste onto a Word page and print from there.

Hi Andy will that keep any company banners i.e like an airline or supermarket and not just leave me with a greyed out blank and x in the corner

just tried will copy but not paste into word
