Catching the bus to work each morning, I log on to the free Wifi. After about 15 mins I cant access it.
Catching the bus back I log on to the free Wifi. After about 15 mins I cant access it.
Ive only recently acquired a smartphone, is it something to do with my phone or something to do with First Bus wifi?
(Journey each way is just over half an hour)
Initially thought it may have been due to something to do with picking up a signal or something but then realised that it worked both ways on the journey but for only about 15 mins or so.
Just wont connect after about 15 mins no matter where I travel?

Perhaps its only free for 15 minutes. Regardless of where you board.

Crossed my mind Sharon, but it doesn't state that on its busses.
Just wondered if anyone else had similar experience?
You're lucky to get free WiFi on the bus!!
I remember visiting family in Derby and was gobsmacked to see tv on the bus. And I don't mean cctv.

That would be a treat, viewing the JK Show on the way to work ;-)
I spent some months travelling on train and logged onto the free wifi, when I scrolled down to agree to T&C's I seen that there was only a certain amount of data I was allowed - no social media, streaming and fair usage, I think it was really only for commuters checking e-mails etc

Just that it seems to last half the journey there and half the journey back??? So obviously not to do with signal strength?

Just like to check traffic etc, en route so I can try and work my driving routine for the day out. But usually waste the time on Facebook :-)
Oooh there may lie your problem, facebook ... maybe they cut you off
yet many use facebook for messenger, you should ask someone at the stops or whatever or other passengers do they get long with the wifi (I giggle cos predictor text put wife - that would not be a good conversation to strike up ;) )
Nails, ring PMT, if they still exist. :-)
