The Run Button

At school they have got rid of the run button, how do I get it back, as I want to get into the control panel. I also told you about school blocks, they have blocked all of the anonymizer websites, is there another way round getting on good sites???

They have probably set it by group policy. Everywhere I've worked the company has removed this for anyone apart from the IT department. It makes sense really. They want you to use only what's been authorised.

Why not try asking the school IT person if you can have slightly more rights than the average user? They might want to know what you needed them for, but if it's all above board you might get lucky. Or offer to help them with IT after school hours.... my nephew used to be an IT prefect and he had more rights than some of the teachers!
