Ab Page Reduced In Size

I didnt know whether to post this here or on Editors Blog.
The AB page on my laptop has suddenly contracted and is now almost too small to read.
On my phone it's aĺl right except that sometimes it too goes small and zooms off to the left. That happens only occasionally. The laptop problem is permanent.
Any help explained simply gratefully received.

Press Ctrl and 0 together to return the page to its default size. (If you then want it smaller, press Ctrl and - together, repeating if necessary. If you want it bigger, use Ctrl and + instead)

i.e. while holding down the Ctrl key, press the zero key
