Don't think it is anything to be unduly worried about Margo, but you may need to tidy up your saved bookmarks et. May be worth reading through this at least.

This is a bit simplistic really, but roughly, when you click on a website, you go to its index. This sort of leads you into the HTML which sets out how you see the site.
AB has been pretty flaky recently. It possibly means your browser (Chrome or whatever) isn't reading the code properly.
Hence the message.
As with most things, it'll probably go away again the next time you start your machine.
