Please can someone help me?

I've downloaded it, won't work.. it simply won't connect to the internet.. even though my internet is connected.. Limewire is saying it's not.

I've tried the Gnutella idea - Didn't work

I've tried turning off the firewall - Didn't work

I've tried downloading the lot again - GUESS WHAT - DIDN'T WORK!!

I'm at a loss now, and it's driving me stupid! please can some one help me now.. a step by step guide is ideal!!

Do you have a firewall running that may be blocking Limewire getting on the internet?

Do you already have basic Limewire installed ?

I have had the same trouble, I have also had the same trouble with winMX, maybe they have stoped working because of threats from the record industery.
