Anyone Understand This

i have g mail on my mobile and had it on the old laptop, so far so good, now i have a new laptop there doesn't seem to be any sync, so i can see some old folders in the new laptop but not all. i am frustrated and can't see a way to rectify the problem.
does this sense, more information can be provided where needed.
for example i deleted a bunch of emails off the mobile phone, but they didn't delete from the
new laptop. what am i doing wrong.

the app or link (or whatever) just doesn't work on your laptop, just accept it and move on. If what you want is to just press an icon and get to your email, do what i suggested. Microsoft is a dick and just misbehaves on occasion. You/a tecchie can't fix it.
If what you want is to get this particular link/app/whatever to work, you are just going to get your knockers in a twist. Things should work and be easy; sometimes they don't and they aren't
