how do I get a tool bar on google chrome?
on internet explore there is a line of items ie.
File, Edit ,View, Favorites, Tools, Help
can you get the same sort of thing on Chrome

Google decided to do away with the menu bar in favour of using the three dots (in the top right-hand corner) to access everything.

What your describing and want is a 'menu' toolbar.

Not available on Google Chrome, but apparently there are extensions that might mimic this.
