With care. This tape or disk ? Is there a pinhole you need to push something into, to release ? Can you get a finger or fingernail in to encourage it out ? Or just move it about ? Otherwise it may be off to the workshop.

ta for info
its vhs tape no in hole
to the shop i suppose ta
If it’s tape, the tape itself may not have been wound onto the take up side, allowing the tape to get tangled in the machine. No other way than to remove the cover whilst not plugged in try and untangle by manually winding tape onto the appropriate spool.
I'm guessing the cleaning tape has got wrapped around the pinch rollers so, as malagabob suggests, you will have to remove the cover and pull-out the cleaning cassette and then you will be able to remove the tape. The cleaning cassette will be beyond repair.
If this is the machine you posted about a short while ago it sounds like it's due for recycling. You just might be able to get new rubber pinch-rollers; they get sticky with age but you might be better off, when Covid permits, visiting a charity shop and getting a replacement. Some of the bigger British Heart Foundation shops sell electronic equipment.

hello thank u for nice helpful info have a nice day
Sometimes taking the top panel off allows access to identify the problem and possibly repair, make sure you are unplugged though.
unplug the top off - very easy to do - then you will be able to see what you need to do.

got the cleaning tape out put in a tape to play no luck
If your getting “white noise” images whilst trying to play a tape. It’s worth trying cleaning head n rollers etc with a cotton bud with a little cleaning alcohol. Better than an abrasive cleaning tape. Machine unplugged of course.
