Virgin Email..lost!!

For some reason I can't get into my Virgin email site on my tablet,but my phone is ok.I got into it and read my emails,then ten minutes later came to go to them again and cannot,says "this site cannot be reached", after I have put my login details.
Do not know what happened in that short time.Had an icon for it and never had trouble before.????
Help please!!

It's been playing up most of today. I have two laptops and a tablet and I can't get into my emails on any of them.

Oh dear,I have made a mess of things now..been messing about trying to get it back and lost it completely. What do I do now??
Thank you for your reply helps to know it has been dodgy ,but that doesn't help me now.

Kloofnek - my email is working too. I hope that they have managed to fix the problem.

Lucky you,I love the cold weather,snow and frost.But here it is bright and sunny,but chilly.
