i asked this before disc tray will not open when i pres the button i can heari t clicking .does not open put a toooth pick in the hole no luck

Is there a disk in.
Go on my computer and select drive maybe D drive, right click and select open or eject??

Have you got the right hole? A toothpick will be too wide - you need a piece of thick wire, like an unfolded paper clip, or one of those lengths of wire used in magazine binders, which just fits into the tiny hole. The hole is about an inch deep.
