I am interested in purchasing a PVR and know you can buy ones with freeview included. However, I would like to me able to record from Sky using one of these aswell. I'm guessing you can't rig a PVR up to Sky because Sky do their own version (Sky+) and don't want anyone without one of their own boxes being able to record their programmes - does anyone know anything about this? Thanks for all your responses in advance.

Have a look at this site which is the best for anything related to PVRs. (not DVD recorders mistakenly suggested by the previousperson)
