Emails Not Coming Through
10 Answers
over the last twenty four hours or so I've been sent emails that have not arrived from a few different people - someone has sent me a message they got saying their message was not sent and to get me to add their email address to my account so it doesn't get classed as spam - although it hasn't arrived in my spam folder either. A couple of other emails from different people have arrived and a test one sent to myself was ok. Any ideas how I tell my email account to accept them?

It seems to be connected with a mass email sent to all committee members, then someone clicked 'reply' instead of 'reply all' and none of them are coming to me even if those people try to forward the email to me. One got a message saying it was something like Open 365 but I have no idea what all that means.
Are you sure you are not seeing 'Open Office 365'? Office 365 is the Microsoft Office suite that includes Outlook, One Drive and Teams as well as the usual Word, Powerpoint and Excel

I really don't know - all i know is that I didn't receive the email from the secretary which was copied in to all the committee and then received none of the replies despite my email being included in the list of addresses. Since then when people have tried to forward me the email none of them come through from any of the people on the list. Not sure if it is my email blocking certain ones, as some from totally independent people have also not come through - this is only in the last few days. Other emails are coming through fine so I think I must be blocked somewhere along the line but have no idea how.
This was received by someone who tried to email me (not one of those included in the mass email)
"Your message couldn't be delivered because the recipient's email server (outside Office 365) suspected that your message was spam"
Would this explain why I am not getting certain emails and how can I tell my email to accept them?
