Ebay Site Is All Squashed Down The Middle And Text Is Overlapping...?

my mums just got a new laptop and i went round to set it up for her, she has bad eyesight so wants the text etc set to large, which i did, all is fine -
except for the ebay pages.

for some reason everything in ebay is all pushed to the middle - a few inches either side is blank & all the text is overlapping, cutting off ends of words and letters, and squashed and just weird looking.

other sites are fine, text is larger so she can read it, but they look normal.

i changed all the text settings back to 'normal' - but it didnt change it

its not an issue with ebay, ive checked on mine & its normal.

it surely cant be anything to do with me changing the text sizes as it would have done it to all the pages too, right?

what could have caused this, and how can i reset it to spread it across the whole window?

Its an Asus Vivobook 17 on windows 10

thanks :)

Try clearing the browser's cache; it might have some dodgy data stored there, which it keeps re-using.

thanks buen, its a brand new laptop though, could it still have stuff somehow?
Odd! I assumed that she'd already visited eBay and that the problem had come about later.

Try resetting the browser to its 'out of the box' settings (or even using a different browser altogether). It might still be worth clearing the cache as well though.
