Hi

I have just installed a Logitech Quick Cam Pro 4000, but have the following problem. My friend can see me on his PC but cannot hear me. I can both see and hear him. I have tested the mic using the sound recorder on my PC and it works fine. I have carried out virus checks, the whole lot, but still no joy. Any ideas please ?

First off, what software are you using to communicate with him if its MSN check the Tools and then try the Audio and Video option. See if all is well there.

Also though I don't think it is the problem you might want to check your Sound and Audio devices properties and see in the Voice tab if the web cam is the default device for voice recording.
