Sky Q Upgrade

Prior to changing to Sky Q I had an app on my phone for sky + that i could see what programmes I had recorded and it also gave me a listing of the forthcoming weeks programmes. with Sky Q app there isn't any of that or I am just not seeing it, am I missing another app that does what the sky + app did?, cheers

I have SkyQ and I can see the programmes on my Sky app fourteen ,

Maybe if you get rid of the one you have ( app ) then download the app for Sky tv again ?

Oops sorry, I’ve just checked and it’s called Sky Go

Have you tried the sky go app? I thought they got rid of the earlier app

Sky Go is included at no extra cost to your Sky TV subscription.

ok will try deleting the sky + app, ive been reluctant to do that as i use it for the weeks programmes

Just delete and then download the SkyGo app Fourteen

Bobbi, i have done as you suggested, i do have a list of tv programmes for today which i did have before but how do you look at wahts on Monday for instance?

There’s a drop down menu at the top against ‘today’ touch that and it will show the rest of the weeks viewing

Ah, thanks for that, my sky go is different, i do not have the bit for today alongside the all channels, i will uninstall and reload , thanks for your help

Still struggling with this one, despite re installing the sky go app i still do not have the option to look at the weeks viewing, there still is not the option along side the All Channels menu, A puzzler, maybe i will ring sky

yes bobbi I did, i do not have the word Today and its drop down menu next to the All Channel menu which seems odd

That is quite odd, try ( last time) uninstalling the app , close down your phone/tablet, open up again and reinstall again

No probs, you need that little drop down to record and see what’s on in the coming week
