If you're using a satellite dish, you might need to get its alignment checked, together with its cables and connections.
If you're using Freeview, try one of these

together with one of these (to connect between the booster and your TV set)

Are you using the TV internal freeview tuner (if it has that facility) or a separate smart box. Has it always done it? Is the box a new one or a replacement? It doesn't seem to happen with Sky Boxes but there is noreason why it would not. It is a problem that appears to have different solutions for different locations and set ups. It also happens on all makes of TV. It seems to sometimes start after an upgrade and can disappear after a reboot or upgrade. You can also get rid of it by altering the TV resolution to 720 but this defeats the purpose of the 1080p facility. It also seems more common using the less expensive(lower specification) Now tv smart boxes.
