Icloud And Contacts

On my iPhone 11 when I tap on contacts it comes up iCloud …contacts are there but it never said iCloud before always just said contacts anyone know what I have done and can get back to just contacts.

At a bit of a guess, but based upon reversing the actions mentioned here

I'd suggest tapping each of the following in order:
Settings
[Your name]
iCloud
Show All [only necessary if your phone has been updated to iOS 16]
Turn Off Contacts

That was it thanks again buenchico sorted. I never changed anything before seemed to have happened after the latest update 16.2
