Take a photo of it with your phone.

Then attach it or c/p it into the application depending on how they ask for it.
If you use a phone to take a photo beware of the glare that renders the details, particularly the expiry date that is imposed over your image, unreadable by the recognition software for the form. I needed to try 3 different copies before I had an application accepted. It went through first try the same form for "she who must be obeyed" because she was wearing very light clothes in her driving licence photo. I was wearing a darker shirt and the glare from overhead lights was hiding the expiry date.

Thanks but I don't think I've made it clear. The photo and the form are both on-line applications.Clear as mud I know!!!
sorry still not clear - what are you applying for?
Online form that allows you up to upload a photograph I'd assume.
If you are on Windows, snipping tool (in Windows accessories) would let you copy just the photo and then paste it into the form?
Yes, what ZM and I have written applies to online applications.

Do you need to know how to get said photo from fone to laptop/PC? It's a little unclear what exactly you are trying to do so difficult to help.
Yeah, there's a lot of guessing, more information required :)

I'd guess you scanned the photo in, given that you have a scanner/printer combo.
WE know "cods". Unless you already have a copy of you licence stored in your photo files then you have either got to scan it and save it to your photo files or take a photograph of it using say your mobile phone and then you email that(or save it direct to a pc or laptop if you are not using a phone to apply) If you have to email it you then need to send a copy of that to you photo file and the application form will let you "search your files for image" when you click on add photo whilst filling in the form. However you do it be wary that the expiry date is very visible on you driving licence photo. I have looked at mine since I first posted and it was not because I was wearing darker clothes, that gave me a bit of trouble, it was because the original image was taken of me when I had a very nice summer tan.

Xeronema, that's what I'm trying to do.I've printed my driving license, now I need it added to my on-line application form.
Is it not done during filling in the application now some applications a box comes up to fit your face in and captures your photo.
The form cannot auto fill the image unless the image is stored in a photo file that it recognises. File explorer for instance if you are using windows.
