I needed to try 3 different copies before I had an application accepted. It went through first try the same form for "she who must be obeyed" because she was wearing very light clothes in her driving licence photo. I was wearing a darker shirt and the glare from overhead lights was hiding the expiry date.
WE know "cods". Unless you already have a copy of you licence stored in your photo files then you have either got to scan it and save it to your photo files or take a photograph of it using say your mobile phone and then you email that(or save it direct to a pc or laptop if you are not using a phone to apply) If you have to email it you then need to send a copy of that to you photo file and the application form will let you "search your files for image" when you click on add photo whilst filling in the form. However you do it be wary that the expiry date is very visible on you driving licence photo. I have looked at mine since I first posted and it was not because I was wearing darker clothes, that gave me a bit of trouble, it was because the original image was taken of me when I had a very nice summer tan.
