Internet gone Crazy

I use IE and just recently started to have problems with it. Everytime I search for something in Yahoo (internet provider is Roadrunner) Morwillsearch.com or Lycros.com comes up. I have intstalled Ad-aware SE, spyware-stopzilla, ran mulitple scans on my PC with McAfee and my better half spent 2! hrs on the teley talking to Gateway about the issue.....no good...no help....it's still happening. I did install Firefox because another post on here suggested it. But I still want my IE fixed. My IE is FUBAR! Help please!
