When watching tv through SKYQ and i pause the picture the bottom portion of the screen is not viewable, so if say i am watching pointless and i want to pause it so i have more time with the questions i cannot read the bottom couple, can I get rid of this issue?

I don't have Sky but try pressing the back button when you have paused the TV. Won't harm and might work, give it a go

Yes Barry’s right. Push the return button (shown as 3 sides of a square with an arrow inside) while picture is paused. Took me ages to work out!
