Help Please - My Laptop Fill Not Connect To The Internet!
3 Answers
Had no problems until a few minutes ago and my Broadband is def. ok as it works with my wifi on my tablet and phone!
When I go into a site it comes up then says no internet connection. The little internet icon to bottom right of my computer page shows working and says 'connected and secured' but keeps telling me a problem with DNS? whatever that is!
Tried to rectify but told no problem found.
Tried switching off/on but no different.
Bearing in mind I am not very tech minded can anyone help please?
My laptop is very fast and for the last few days it has been very slow to connect to internet but does after a minute or so
Thanks
