my email was ok yesterday booted up to day has gone its g mail how can i get it back please

You've not told us how you access your email account. Some people go to Google's website to do so, whereas others use a dedicated app (such as the Windows Mail one) to get into their account.

As long as you know your password though, all you need to do is to go here
https://www.google.com/gmail/about/
and click on 'Sign in' at the top of the page.
