Computer Problem

Having problems with my computer, it's a zoostorm model number 7872. When I turn on I get a completely blank screen apart from in the bottom corner where it has A3. Cannot get past this screen at all, any ideas ?

As soon as you power it up, start pressing the F keys individually, especially F8 and F12.

You could even try Ctl-Alt-Del.

It looks as though the problem has cleared itself somehow. I did notice that the last time i tried to turn on the message in the corner of the screen changed to A2. I can only assume it was performing some kind of diagnostic cycle that happened to take several hours.
Have made a note of your other tips in case of further problems.
